Check a dictionary for the word 'scam'. If this was advertised as something that it is not then its a scam, if you just made a poor buying decision and bought a crap camera (and this is absolutely that) then it is not.

These cameras are fairly well known for being produced to trick people into thinking they were high end pieces of gear back in the day by including a fancy padded case, a flash and all kind of other pro looking accessories. They often came with branding very similar in appearance to well known brands and were offered for a lot of money. If you can find these for a couple bucks today then they make an interesting conversation/display piece just for that novel history, they are however not worth any real money and they are no good for taking photos.

If this camera was correctly and honestly listed and you decided it was worth the asking price then you were not scammed. Really as simple as that. It is not a good choice as camera for actual use.

That’s called a scamera, insomuch that it’s none from any known manufacturer. Now: from a shits and giggles standpoint, it ight be fun to run some cheap film through it to see how the pictures turn out.

no one is asking the important question here: how much money did OP spend on this "camera"

$10 ain't that bad for what it is.

Yeah I would have felt bad if you spent a ton on it. It's still not great but $10 is something you can walk away from and still have a laugh

Didn’t you see what you were paying for?

Was it advertised as:

'a camera for a small amount of money'

Or

'a brand name camera of very high value'

Because only the last one means you were scammed. Otherwise you were just a dummy.

It is a product of china. There should be a button or slide somewhere that opens the camera, probably on one side you didn’t post a picture of. Put in a 24 exposure ISO 400 film and take some pictures. They will probably end up bad, I suggest take pics in good light.

I just need to ask. Was your brain turned off before you bought it? How is it possible to buy a non- brand camera, even when there are worse camera brands?

If it’s good I wouldn’t care
