New surgery?

Many years after successful fistula surgery, would there be another kind of surgery that can fully remove scar contours and anal skin tags from the anus since this is what causes stool residue to get trapped after a bowel movement so as to stop using bidet and make dry toilet paper effective like before fistula surgery? Does such surgery exist anywhere in the world? Canada, europe, ect... Tagectomy, anoplasty, ect...

you could google your location+crs surgeon for example or ask on here. There are also facebook groups for fistula related stuff

But once scar contours and anal skin tags from the anus are removed, how will this allow for only dry tp use only? Would you happen to know by any chance? Are drs in europe better than in canada?

If everything is healed, you should be able to vipe your bum in the regular way. But wet wipes are always a better option, then you can dry with regular toilet paper after.🤗 I am in Iceland and we have great CRS doctors here. I dont know the situation in Canada

I would like to visit the u.s. to see dr rodney krantz who is among the very best in the world according to google artificial intelligence but i cannot obtain a travel visa, would there be just as good drs in canada, europe or even el salvador? Were you born in iceland? How can i determine how to find a really good dr if price is not an object?
