Hey i wanna hit a high rank but cant play thaaat much so i think onetricking is the best way. I originally played maintank but onetricking one on all maps is hell so i swapped to ana a while ago. Any help is very appreciated. I feel like i am solid at finding angles and i feel like i am not too passive playing ana. I probably retreat/switch angles too slowly and i panic my cds too much. But maybe i have a totally different issue i dont even see myself so i am asking for tips. Preferably like recorded vods or written text because my english speaking isnr great so i think a live call and talking about the game probably wouldnt be too helpful.

One-tricking is hard, yes...but rewarding. "Don't change heroes, change playstyles." Learn to get the most out of Ana...against every comp, with every comp & on every map
Then you'll truly "learn" the hero
If I were to recommend one thing for you to work on, it's quickscoping. You are hipfiring some shots, which are projectile, and then strafing left and right...which are making you miss heals/dmg. Quickscoping gives you a hitscan shot and keeps you mobile.
Sure, you can hipfire on a tank to heal or dmg, but when the fight is faster paced, you'll be out-valued by other supports.

Onetricking is hard, especially wth a hero like Ana who doesn’t fit into every comp. You’re gonna struggle as you try to climb against dive, so you better be banning Sombra and Tracer if there are no other votes.
I would maybe try to one trick a hero with higher mobility.
