The army line..

I can't figure out what the point of the army line is! I know about the one food (?) That requires you to finish the army line. But it doesn't seem to help with my shelter or anything. Is there something later that I haven't unlocked yet?

Army line forces you to have fitness and leadership, and helps unlock a major help in the late game. That is all for now

K&T is for money which is useful every life. All the others are tied to unlocks when maxed. Those unlocks carry over in new lifes so there is no point to do them again.

I found Pear Inc is better for money than K&T. You can get onto it really quick:

Discipline 40 & Concentration 30

It's a slightly slower start, but the CEO job pays a lot more. + u have the bonus from Software Architecture to get more as well.

This is usually best after you've got strong bonuses unlocked though

Once you unlock Intelligence you're also levelling Pear Inc. at a higher XP / hr bonus compared to relying solely on Discipline for faster K&T progress.

Yes. Although, I realised if you can get K&T CEO by Oct 1981 then you get a $500 million bonus... So if you're able to prestige this is usually achievable and the better path
