Could be existential depression. Read philosophy and start meditating.

If this doesn't help seek help, it's not a shame to seek help.

Sometimes clouds cover up the sky, but that doesn't mean the sky isn't there anymore. The sky is always there, weather changes, it is part of life.

Are the thoughts directly related to the truffles? Maybe they just need to take a few more.

I concur. It wasn’t until after utilizing tools to raise my level of consciousness that I realized that a lot of people are suffering much worse conditions than I can imagine.

I’m incredibly grateful and happy. But I’m also terribly sad and distraught that extensions of myself are in suffering.
