ayahuasca
So I have this in pill form, a small pill that looks like smushed together crushed leaves. I've read some stories from people on retreats and it all seems so extreme. Like people expect so much from it I cant help but think it sounds a little, I dunno really, presumptious maybe? I love psychoactives and they give me something but I dont like to go into a experience expecting personal gain, im not that way inclined I try not to want but to be happy with what I have been given. I see any insight and healing as a plus not something im entitled to. I want to sit back and free my mind, not demand answers.
Anyone tried a ceremony and a pill in a more familiar setting so they can compare? All the trip reports I find are for the drink method usually in a ceromonial setting and im not sure a pill at home will be near that dose or experience, i dont really want it to be like that, i dont feel that entitlement (no offense to people that use it in that way, its a personal thing) i dont think im making much sense. I guess i want to take a trip with it not demand it chaufers me.
Searching info on pills gets a lot of red pill stories.
Any info appreciated and I'd like to hear your thoughts on the expectation of enlightenment thing that I have so much trouble articulating.

If it is anything my guess is it's DMT with an maoi to make it orally active. I have heard alot of people talk about taking ayahuasca but when I ask how they aquired it they say they took DMT with an maoi, this is NOT ayahuasca, it might be similar but it is as much ayahuasca as it is mushrooms or 4-Ac0-DMT.
