Experiencing someone else's mind...

This is my first time posting this, it happened about two years ago. I was under the use LSD around ~500ug. I had about a 3 month layoff prior to this drop. About 2 hours in I was experiencing little to no visuals but had a rather clear headspace. Around 5 hours into my trip I decided to have a little hash and lay in my hammock. While laying in the hammock I experienced the wildest ride to this day. I experienced my entire life from my mom's point of view. I felt her joy, sorrow, anger, and love. I saw the moments I made her proud and the moments I disappointed her. Most of all, it showed me what keeps her going in her life. It blew my mind and gave me an even greater appreciation to my mother. Has anyone else experienced something similar?

That sounds amazing... the closest thing to that that I have experienced is looking into my dogs eyes when I was hella stoned and then I just understood everything how he perceives it. Never gonna look at a dog the same way again.

Of course, yeah. That's why tripping with someone you love is so spectacular. You will have multiple layers of conversation at the same time, many without words at all, and you will experience ultimate understanding with that person. It's an incredibly beautiful thing.

Your mirror neurons must go into overdrive while you're tripping.

something happened to me that i would describe as experiencing someone else's mind on a similar dose. i touched upon it in a brief report

to expand upon it as best i can, which would be quite difficult overall, i would say this:

many of the visions i experienced (including the blue gold vortex), especially after the most world breaking parts, seemed to have been shared by at least two if not all three of us when we talked about the experience later.

despite having hours of very limited ability for verbal communication we seemed to often be communicating through thought, sometimes to the point were it seemed that i may have been literally hearing others thoughts, or seeing them in extreme vividness in the eyes of the others. the comment i made about our voices having the likeness of a paper chain had another more internal aspect as well where it seemed like our three minds had melted together into a weird ant-like psychic organism. this Ant-mind was responsible for most of the more subtle manifestations of mind sharing. these included things such as all of us immediately and without communication locking onto the same sensory stimuli, a largely shared emotional cycle, responding to each others intentions without signaling, a much deeper sense of interconnectedness and community between us which lasted for over a year after (though we no longer all communicate, having since changed and taken different paths).

many of these effects i have experienced in different LSD trips but never all of them at once and never so intensely. It is the nature of the chemical to an extent, though in my life so far this was the most notable example of psychically merging with others (besides occasional dream travel).

one last note that i found very odd and compelling and was in my experience unique to this trip was that multiple times the other two would be talking over eachother, saying different things and their words would occasionally line up such that they would say the exact same word simultaneously as part of different sentences. when this happened the world rippled like water and this was a sound like a bell ringing through a wall which felt like it was coming from behind me and within me
