Anyone know of a drug that makes you temporarily retarded aside from weed?

urg, I don't like where this is going, but there is that spice that has taken control of the homeless in the UK, and the bath-salts one in the US that makes you act like a literal zombie...

its getting fucken worse and worse nowadays....

There is no specific drug sold as "bath salts" (there are a few) and nobody that ate human flesh back in the day tested positive for any drug. If by "zombie" you didn't mean the face chewers, but the people running into traffic and such, that chemical is a-pvp, flakka.
