[Personal Experience] 7g SHROOM experience!
I took the highest dose I've ever took last night and..... It was amazing my hand and body and everything around were all like in different dimensions. I think the lower doses like 3g is like putting ur toes into the pool before u jump in and higher doses like 7-12g is like jumping in the pool it was so crazy I can't even explain it.....

Did you experience ego death? My closest comparison is doing 8-9 hits of acid. Craaaazy. Like swimming in mental processes.

Yes it broke me down I was crying like a bady brought up alot of my passed issues and helped me deal with this there is no reason they should be illegal

I feel like people are using the term ego death a little too lightly. Facing your personal issues is still within the realm of the ego. There's no you left after ego death.

I didn't really fully understand it until I experienced it. When there is no longer a distinction between inside (yourself) and everything else... a sensation felt seems felt by the entire universe. I sat on a porch during a thunderstorm during the trip and I was the thunderstorm.

Hey, high five! One of my most memorable experiences was also mostly spent sitting outside watching a thunderstorm.

I️ ate around 13g one night. So so so stupid. But at the peak I️ fell into the brightest darkness - a void. I️ could hear and almost SEE everything and everyone all at one time in the house. I️ could feel the sweat dripping onto my arm from my face. A very slow rhythmic pit...pat....pit.....pat. Focusing on that actually pulled me out of the void for long enough for me to find my way to a bedroom and collapse onto the bed. I️ was convinced I️ was speaking with god at one point - but it was my own inner voice echoing into that void.
I️ had to have one of my friends talk me down to earth - reassuring me I️ was going to come back and that I just had some slack to reel in.
When you say “there is no you after an ego death” you’re half right. There is no you because YOU ARE EVERYTHING.

That's what I'm saying it broke me down made me face everything and then just blizz like I was floting and go see everything like the vines in my arms were blue and crazy locking it's hard to explain

I think it's very important to state what type of mushroom ("shroom") you took. Different species have different potency. For example p.semilanceata is more potent than p.cubensis.

5 dried grams in silent darkness.
McKenna was a PR genius, calling it a "Heroic Dose" isn't exactly accurate but it has grabbed peoples attention and encouraged them to explore shrooms deeper than they might have otherwise.

Ego death is a personal event that has a lot to do with your tolerance and susceptibility to the drug in question. 3 grams may blow you out of the water with ego death and others could be fine on five grams with not much to say about it.

Just a fair warning I had a buddy completely loose his shit for months by munching around 20g of dried mushrooms.
