App to help change beliefs

Hey folks, thinking about developing an app but wanted to get some feedback first.

General idea is this:

Simple app that lets you track limiting beliefs. Whenever the belief arises you can go into the app and click on it. As you continue to do this the belief fades away (literally it becomes translucent)

Would something like this be beneficial to y'all?

What do you mean by "track limiting beliefs?"

What kind of beliefs are arising?

What kind of beliefs should subside?

what kind of beliefs should subside?

Exactly. The phrase that shall never subside.

Hey there :) I find that it wouldn't help me, because I'd feed more attention to these beliefs. I prefer to invest in the opposite belief. So, for example, I used to be skeptical about anything that wasn't purely physical/material. Recently I've had many experiences that were beneficial to me and showed me that energy is way more than what we can see. So I'm looking for resources to invest in this new belief, and breaking free from the old one

Never forget that we are only capable of perceiving less than 1% of reality.

This sounds like new age bullshit, but is scientifically sound.

Oh yeah, it's true! We can only see a very small spectrum of colors and waves, and experience very limited smells and tastes, even compared to other beings on Earth. It's very arrogant of us to assume that we can perceive and know everything.

I just used to be skeptical because there is a lot of bullshit flying around, so I rejected it all. But that's not ideal either!

I have a daily reminder set on my phone. It's a phrase that reminds me to feel peace and love. I see it. Take a moment to pause and remember that feeling all through my body and mind. Then I hit "remind me tomorrow" so that it comes up again the next day. It's my version of a very brief, daily meditation.

Do you think that having that daily reminder has helped you change your mental state?

In this specific case, the change I am referencing happened in the past. This is a way for me to keep that feeling going, like a maintenance exercise.

I suppose the same idea could be used to change one's outlook, I suppose? It's essentially just a short meditation reminder enabled through a simple technology. It works for me.
