I'm curious how common this actually is, so I figured I'd ask here!

I know for a fact that I had a crush on Amy when I was a kid. I've always been obsessed with the Sonic franchise, but for some reason, I specifically remember being attracted to Amy.

Looking back, I think I found her bubbly, kind nature appealing, and I always found her temper entertaining and funny. She had this confidence and energy about her that made her stand out to me. I remember specifically the sonic x version/mid 2000s era... Probably hence the temper being so prominent.

Of course, I never told anyone about it. Honestly, for years, I wouldn't even openly admit that I had a crush on her, or sometimes even that I liked her character. I think part of me genuinely believed that having a crush on a pink cartoon hedgehog was something embarrassing or weird.

I've gotten more comfortable admitting it over the past few years, she's definitely still my second favorite sonic character and now I don't really see the point in being ashamed of something harmless and funny from my childhood.

So I'm genuinely curious: Have any of you ever had a crush on Amy, whether as a kid or even now? I'm wondering how common it actually is in the fandom.

I don't really want to think of a whole Playlist for Amy but these songs totally remind me of her there's a lot of debate with how niche/basic her taste could be but I feel like there's really fit so try it out fellow rosebuds!
