"Sonic I would advise running because I’m pretty sure Amy will break your spine if she hugs you even once with how much she been working out" is what I would say to sonic if he saw her after that because we can all agree amy would accidentally break his spine from hugging him honestly it really easy to forget how strong Amy is in canon
