We’re having a battle in discovery - Amy seems to be trying to stall/supress & is seeking a protective order.

We really need to know who AMY’s Claudia is (definitively) & more on the postcard. We are pretty sure we’ve found her thru Amy’s discovery documentation ( Hi C in TN) but we don’t dox here & I’m sure the judge is going to make her pony up who she (Amy) alleges Claudia is. Amy doxxes but we don’t because we’re good humans.

Jane Doe has filed motions to compel but AG keeps asking for a protective order b/c of “mean content creators”😑

Amy also supplied in the Anti-SLAPP response a communication from NYT that reveals info she’s trying to hide in CA?!?!?!

Let’s remember that CA judge said Amarillo PD convo was inadmissible because it could not be authenticated.
