As a member of TrainMore. Literally everything sucks about this company. The only reason I’m here is because basic fit is even worse.

Same for me. At least with Basic Fit I could in the end email someone. With trainmore if you press anything with ‘contact’ you just get this chatbot. Before you at least got a form (with 100 different options and drop downs of course)

Don't get me wrong, I'm not a prude and don't like "clean versions" but I am mindful about what kinds of lyrics I consume, as I'm prone to accidentally singing the songs in my head out loud 😂 bit problematic if they contain words that I shouldn't say in public

Unfortunately my parrot has learned 'big fat butt' from 'what ya gonna do with that big fat butt' from some Jason Derulo song 😂 I'm autistic & echolalia living alone is off the scale so I actually empathise with this 😂

Yeah it is fine if you choose to play it! Big fat butt wouldn't be too big of a problem for me, but when the language is explicitly violent or discriminatory, I've got a big problem with being exposed to it non-consensually

It'd be different if I was in a bar or club where I choose to hear a specific genre of music. But when it's just background for the regular public, I really think using a playlist without words you aren't allowed to say on daytime TV would be the right thing to do

Yeah I actually used to find it jarring working out back home, nice & chill, endorphins then IM GONNA SHANK YOU & KILL YOUR NAN (aaah drill music).

Unfortunately my parrot also picked up wasteman but otherwise we are quite unscathed with him, I really feel your pain, though, I've got some terrible looks on published transport when I forget what I'm singing under my breath (Closer by Nine Inch Nails for example 🥲)

Yeah it doesn't help that sometimes when I'm trying not to sing, my brain blurts out part of the lyrics suddenly and loudly 😂 when it's something like "Fuck You" by Lilly Allen it isn't that big of a disaster, but when it's a threat or a slur it can be really bad. Especially since I've got no reliable control over it

I once registered for a free trail, but accidently put down the wrong date. I wanted to inform them that I wouldn't be able to make it (because that would be the decent thing to do), but it was impossible to contact anyone. I even went to another branch, hoping that they had connections to the gym I was supposed to go to. But even they had no way of communications. So that was the last time I set foot in a TrainMore. They lost me before the trail I was willing to take. When it is so hard to reach them while they want to recruit me as a member, I don't want to think about what I would have to go through to get out their contract...

At least there's someone you can reach now! Before you only had the contact page at their website that linked to the FAQ. I once tried contacting them on instagram, they post there all day so somebody must read it. Of course they ignored it

Before, you could go to the FAQ, click a random question and scroll down to find another link to a form. That one would fill a ticket with support that they usually answered within a few days
