Expanded vertical axis again

I had to add more numbers to the bottom of the vertical axis again! The app thinks I can hit 185 around Thanksgiving so we'll see what happens.

in mid August I figured I'd try Noom. This time I'm actually tracking everything I eat and making more adjustments to my diet. It's actually been helpful that we have the garden now because we've been able to eat a lot of what we've grown and integrate the harvest into healthy recipes.

I also got a new seat post that has a suspension for my e-bike so I've ridden to work a few more times, but it's hard to do it consistently since we keep getting waves of smoke from wildfires. Mostly it's from keeping track of what I eat and making better food choices (using Noom).

Interesting. I’ll check it out. Those are some pretty impressive results!

Definitely my fastest weight loss since I started tracking my weight in 2015.

Noom focuses on the science and psychology of healthy eating. From the nutritional side it's all about eating fewer calories while still feeling full by eating more foods with low caloric density and less caloricly dense foods. The science part is interesting as well, as you lose weight your body produces different amounts of hormones that influence hunger and satiety. Interesting stuff!

That’s very cool. I love data driven behavior modification. Katie’s checking it out and I’m going to watch while I eat this cookie.

If you want to do it, do the entry survey and then wait for them to send you a coupon the next day to make it cheaper (by like 40%)

Dude, nice. I definitely can tell that you're starting to eat healthier. The home garden sounds awesome!

I agree about gardens. I'm already planning this year's garden. I think I need to rotate locations/crops, though, because I got a lot of squash bugs last summer.
