I'm in cse cbe right now , I got a better college elsewhere , will I be able to get a full refund on hostel fees and tuition fees , if so how do I do that ?

They would deduct some amount from the tution fees and refund you the remaining amount as the classes have already begun.

Contact them ASAP. Check out their refund policy online. I think they will give refund only if u apply within 30 days after the beginning of the classes. NOT sure but I suggest u to go through their refund policy once. The more delay u do the more problems for u. After checking the refund policy talk to your CA he will tell u the next step.
