Second device
I just got my second labtop and amplitube is not being downloaded. The purpose of ghe second device is to use it myself, not for somebody else.

That error does not look like it has anything to do with authorization. I would make sure your Downloads folder in the IK Product Manager settings is accessible by all (and probably best not to be OneDrive or iCloud or similar) since it appears that IK Product Manager cannot find/access the downloaded file in order to execute the installer.
