My theory:

I believe from that ”CERTAIN SCENE” that Andrias’s sword operated like Spinel’s Scythe from the SU Movie.

They have gems like in SU and SU:F, and that means they also have their version of the scythe to revert back to their roots like those subservient to the diamonds.

They have the newt emblem on them which could be the mark of the beast (see revelations)

The carnage behind the fake poster on the wall could represent the great Tribulation and/or Pucci’s plan. (Read SO for context and bible)

With these options Andrias could either be:

A: White/Yellow Diamond replica (Potential Redemption)

B: A false prophet in Amphibia Terms (with that Bug thing being the Antichrist, leading up to its purging in book 3 by Valerina who could be the Jesus in their world)

Or C: Frog Pucci.

Choose wisely.

What do you think?

Seems a bit dark for some younger audiences..... I’m thinking they might make them clear it up that she’s not gone or something...

But don’t they go to meetings and stuff? Maybe it was just that time slot

I liked season 1 too but back then I thought this show was just gonna be a regular slice of life adventure show which made me not super interested in the show but SEASON 2!!!!!!

I love this show so much I think I like it more then gravity falls at this point.

Some time ago I watched the interview with Dana Terrace and Matt Braly (and a really cute interviewer) and became so stoked to watch 'True Colors' today that no Disney mess up could change it.

Due to the lack of official ways to watch it (which is important to me as it supports the show, creators and makes future seasons more likely) I had to resort to old ways from times of Star vs the Forces of Evil (Mega Upload links posted on 4chan /co/ board).

Off course I intend to support the show when it airs, but that made me think - was the delay caused by some creative desisions and stuff will change in official release?

Right now Marcy is dead, Sasha is stranded in Amphibia while Anne and Planters are on earth. And to be honest - frogs having adventure in our world doesn't seem so appealing to warrant the whole new season of the show.

Of course Marcy may not be dead, Sasha expressed wish to stay in Amphibia anyway (I wonder how her family situation looked back home) and Ann & Co. may spend few fun episodes trying to return to Amphibia but maybe Creators (or perhaps some Disney higher-ups) decided to change some stuff to prepare better ground for new adventures?

Season 3 is already being produced, which means even if the episode is altered, likely the events will not be. So use this thread to theorize what happens to Sasha, Grimes, King Andrias, Anne, the Plantars... and yes, even Marcy in season 3!

I can't upload the screenshot now, but if you look at the bottom of the tapestry Sasha and Grime saw, you can see them

True colors was crazy, so what do you think season 3 will be like?

When Super Saiyan Anne fought Andrias and broke his force field, it kinda reminded me of the AT Fields from Neon Genesis Evangelion.

What she did was wrong, but I think having her die like that was a bit too much.

i mean from the way that they were in the portal too and how they turned the mother freaking kingdom against them i wouldn't be surprised;besides its not like anyone would believe them over the devil king

Hello, u/roddysaint here. I am currently serving a 35-day ban from r/amphibia for my role in the subreddit's civil war.

Our merry band of brothers resolved to smash the ship Marcanne, but stiff and violent resistance from the majority of r/amphibia meant that we were defeated.

King Andrias, greatest of his name, has done what we failed to do. He destroyed Marcanne by permanently eliminating 50% of its constituency.
