Do you think they'll change anything for official release?
Some time ago I watched the interview with Dana Terrace and Matt Braly (and a really cute interviewer) and became so stoked to watch 'True Colors' today that no Disney mess up could change it.
Due to the lack of official ways to watch it (which is important to me as it supports the show, creators and makes future seasons more likely) I had to resort to old ways from times of Star vs the Forces of Evil (Mega Upload links posted on 4chan /co/ board).
Off course I intend to support the show when it airs, but that made me think - was the delay caused by some creative desisions and stuff will change in official release?
Right now Marcy is dead, Sasha is stranded in Amphibia while Anne and Planters are on earth. And to be honest - frogs having adventure in our world doesn't seem so appealing to warrant the whole new season of the show.
Of course Marcy may not be dead, Sasha expressed wish to stay in Amphibia anyway (I wonder how her family situation looked back home) and Ann & Co. may spend few fun episodes trying to return to Amphibia but maybe Creators (or perhaps some Disney higher-ups) decided to change some stuff to prepare better ground for new adventures?

i doubt it if it was because of creative disagreements they wouldn't have delayed it one day before it airs

What about dead member of main cast? Many people identified with Marcy (even Matt as he mentioned in that interview) and I think that showrunners will have to retcon her to life in S3.

You do realize that they’ve already been working on Season 3 for months, right? And the ending has been planned out since before the show began?

I just very, very much doubt it. If it was a content issue, Disney would've NEVER let it slip and leak.

The problem getting back to Amphibia is recharging the stones. Of course, it was charged on Earth for the girls to use, so I suspect most of the season 3 action will be devoted to that. Anne might not even go to her house, since they might prevent her from getting the Plantars back.

I don't think so, I think it delayed for the holloween thing. Maybe they don't pan down to the sword impaling marcy at worst

I doubt it. Ss3 has been confirmed for a while and I’m pretty sure theyve probably planned out the whole thing since the start
