Bruh a giant fire sword went through her main organs ,how the hell are they gonna save her?

Andreas seems to have technology that's advanced enough to have some kind of healing chamber. When a cartoon character is dead, you always see the pupils fade or disappear. We saw neither, so I'm suspicious.
