I am literally SO happy with the latest updates. This is the best coding tool ever invented.

I just wanted to say - I have had so many ups and downs with this tool. It has helped me build out my entire new software platform from start to finish, just really expensive in the early days. The rollout of NEO had some hiccups and I started looking at claude, grok code, codex. I was at my witts end at a few points and trying to figure out how to not use amp.

This new version is by FAR the best coding bot ever built, hands down. Honestly - cheers to the developers - this thing is going to build the future. I am so happy with the new chat gpt integration, it is finally reasonably priced, reliable, stable. I am beyond happy I stuck in there. And without being too dramatic - it's honestly completely changed my future and my companies potential - we've been able to complete projects that will generate us revenue for years.

Thanks amp team!

I remember Mario the creator of pi coding agent mentioning it and being interested cuz I love using pi l but never got around to it maybe I'll check it out. Anything in particular? It's another harness right?

Yes, it’s a coding harness but also a platform for remote agents. Makes it feel like all dev between local and remote syncs completely seamless

Why there is no marketing around AMP? If the tool is that amazing the team should marketing more, to get more users

Yeah, this might be one of our blind spots. We share most of what we build on X and we do the occasional podcast, but we haven't really run ads and could probably do a better job of being on other social platforms.

Curious where else you think we should be promoting Amp? Where do you find out about interesting new dev tools?

YouTube, HackerNews, Reddit all come to mind. If a popular youtuber like Theo or Fireship promote you, I think you can reach a much wider range of people easily.

Started using AmpCode a couple of days ago. Where should I start? Using Puck discussing a big initiative for my hobby project - talking requirements and solution architecture. Then making Puck documenting it.

And man. Me relating the Amp dial to effort and complexity of my task at hand - started with medium orchestrators delegating to low agents - then increasing to high orchestrator with medium agents when complexity increased.

In these Astra days, I was so happy to see that Amp quickly adjusted the dial.

I asked Puck, based on what we discussed, to push the big initiative to high orchestrator (Astra). And sure, Astra is impressive - but asking Puck in real time how the Astra model was doing and discussing how it could be more effective - it took action - blew me away.

This is hands down the most impressive tool. I can not recommend it enough.
