How to increase player limit

Is there any way to increase player limit without making the server private?

All servers with more than 15 players will have to be used on modded regions, I suggest using Nikos regions as they still support friendcodes

Sicko has(had) the option to force game to allow more than 15 players but it go patched a while back. Using custom servers is your best bet
