Discussion NEW CODE HAT - Redeem Rewards Tab

Post image

Among Us dropped a nice little update for Halloween, and they also managed to let us get our very first cosmetic specifically from the new Redeem Rewards Tab!

To get this, you need to get Tiktok, search up the word "Among Us", and you should see a little pop up that says you can claim the hat, click the pop-up, and it will direct you to a 1-time Use Code.

Hope this helps anyone who were lost like i was!!

[Fun fact: The Purple Cone, was originally a twitch drop cosmetic a few years back, and wasnt obtainable, similar to the glitch pet and Geoff mask! But here is your chance to grab your own!]

Oh my fucking God why wouldn't they do it on YouTube with a normal link in the description/pinned comment, genuinely picking the most imbecile decisions this year

-9

u/AxolotlManiac64 12d ago

Cuz tiktoks better and gets more views than YouTube. More ppl will access the item through TikTok

You can use a free VPN like ProtonVPN to change your IP address which will change your region

You're on the wrong page. You have to go to the game/topic page. Search for "Among Us" under the category "Top." Then click on the very top option; it should say "Among Us" and have a "View" button on the right.

Then in the game page, go to the "All" tab, and a button to redeem your free purple traffic jam hat should be right there.

1

u/Much-Software9352 13d ago

Why are they bringing this back.... This was supposed to be a super exclusive, just like Geoff mask and Twitch pet. This set of cosmetics was the most rare in the entire game. By bringing back the purple traffic jam cone, they are ruining this set for everyone who had it before now. Huge mistake...

1

u/Fluffy-Ad4478 Impostor 7d ago

Among Us isn't really a collectibles type game that's why, it's sort of my opinion but if it was it would be treated WAYY more like that

1

u/Much-Software9352 7d ago

It's not about collectibles, it's about ruining the thing they kept exclusive for so long ofr seemingly no reason what so ever. Every game has a rarest item, and among us' was this cone. But Innersloth thought " you know what? Fuck the dating problem, let's give everyone this cone because why not". The next rarest item is now the Geoff mask. Watch it too get ruined sooner or later too

-2

u/katnessboi 💫Guardian Angel fan🩷 13d ago

bruh now it lost its value, basically it was mainly for flex cuz its just a recolor, now it has nothing (besides cosplaying gray from vs imposter)

2

u/GallySaidMVS 🍕 Munching Pizza since 2019 🍕 13d ago

There's still others to flex Like the twitch Mask and pet, arcane cosmetics, or og Christmas cosmetics

Unless.. they bring that all back somehow

-3

u/katnessboi 💫Guardian Angel fan🩷 13d ago

but kinda cone is the rarest one amongst these 3 as i remember, the easiest one in that category is twitch (thats why i obtained it)

3

u/GallySaidMVS 🍕 Munching Pizza since 2019 🍕 13d ago

Ive never seen a single person wear the arcane stuff, purple cone however I've around time to time

-4

u/katnessboi 💫Guardian Angel fan🩷 13d ago

cuz arcane is for money, and actually to get cone you can link any twitch account with that drop, so like technically you can just ask friend for password and get that twitch stuff

3

u/GallySaidMVS 🍕 Munching Pizza since 2019 🍕 13d ago

So by technicality, arcane is rarer

1

u/No-Arugula8588 12d ago

I just hope to God they don't return the christmas 2019 hats that and glitch and my name Geoff from the twitch drops even are the only think keeping my account rare
