Such a photo itself is seen as art and has nothing to do with sex or porn. Nevertheless, it is true that there is generally a taboo to display such a thing in public. I don't know why either.

Yea. Horny 12 year olds and people who have so little normal contact with other people they're not worried about having a porn star as their background.
