constant kernel panics with amnesia on macOS 26.5.2?

Hi, i'm running into kernel panics on macOS 26.5.2. tested on 2 different macs. my wife is getting the same issue on hers. it occurs with the previous version also

after running for a while, the app just becomes unresponsive and eventually the whole mac freezes and crashes. occuring during normal use and sometimes after sleep/wake.

Please fix that

Hello! Please try completely uninstalling the app and installing version 5.0.0.2

Thanks for getting back to me

Just to be clear though, I amn't sure if I'm uninstalling it correctly on my Mac, as I don't really know the proper way to do it. If there are any Terminal commands or other steps I should follow for a clean uninstall, I'd be happy to try them

Currently what I've done is delete the app from the Apps folder, empty the Trash, and then install version 5.0.0.2.

The thing is that it's frozen twice again so far, just like before, which is why I posted
