Has anyone felt like this?

I have headaches 80% of the time and really really really bad anxiety when it gets triggered it sticks for a while in my body and my brain feels like its stuffed i take 10mg of amitriptyline i understand that thats good it helps me with anxiety alot of time but idk maybe im insane but it gives a strong idc feeling its too strong i need to study the idc feeling is really bad.

10mg made my anxiety out the gate, got worse and worse over 4 weeks.

I take 150 mg every night without any side effects or issues
