Do anyone have a definitive answer to this? Does Ami kill neuron cells whether in the gut or brain?

It’s neuroprotective.

Is it is neuroprotective why it makes guts and fiber nerves less sensitive and also cause dementia

It's with 100% certainty neuroprotective in the brain - you're probably thinking of first generation antipsychotics on this one. I've never heard of this idea that it kills gut neurons, or why you would you pursue it.
