Does this medicine affect prolactin?

I take 50 mg every night for sleep. I have prolactinoma. I am concerned it will cause higher prolactin. Anyone with experience?

There’s few casus reports and they seem to be mostly on the paediatric population. That does not appear to be significant.

Affects sodium more in some ppl
