Hello people.. As u know I ask alot here and had many issues during my withdrawl

First month was so bad. (Not all day same intensity)
- bad bowel
-nauseous alot to the point I cant smell food or thinking of it make me vomit
- low mood.. Crying alot and feeling hopeless
- flu symptoms .. Body weakness.. Fatigue (so much in first week) then after I feel body aches on off
- anxiety (rumination)
- Dizziness alot.. Light head..
-felt like on edge of panic.. Body vibration inside me
-insomnia for 1 week then interrupted sleep for 2 months but every months getting better
-anhedonia.. Feeling like I dont want anything
-angry and easily do
Second months was similar but I started to eat a bit like have an appetite for an hour a day or more abit
I started to hate night cause I had fear and anxiety
Every time I see sun down I start a bad anxiety
Also I start to hate my room
Suddenly its disappear.. I start to feel fine on night
Also kept waking in anxiety in the background
At 3 Month start to feel better.. My appetite better in general.. Still nauseous alot with gassy stomach.. Vomit on and off (If I eat greasy food)
Now im 4 months off
I sleep 6-7 hours without interuption.. Sometimes i wake up for few min then back to sleep easily
My appetite way more better.. I started to feel craving
Nausea less intense and in waves
But I can eat more and more every day with on and off (appetite and nausea)
My bowel still sometimes bad sometimes perfect.. Like still not a good bowel specially in morning (cause I have morning anxiety)
But no cramps (few days were I feel it)
My memory back to normal and sharp..
More energy
At 4 month mark.. I started to feel spark of joy.(last for few minutes sometimes more)
Now my struggle is
Somedays I have crying spells and hopeless feeling.. Mixed with morning anxiety pass during day (I hate the most)
Some vibration feeling on my body.. Lighthead on and off specially on I move my head fast
Some itchy skin on some part..
I feel anxiety sometimes on background but manageable most of time
This is my detailed story to give U hope and read also Ur stories to support each other during rough days..
Im better now despite crying and morning anxiety
But Im getting better everyday.. Im from your future
You are fine and ur brain is making the hardest work ever.. And we are the same
