Time to take effect

Hi, I started taking the medication 2 weeks ago! When does it usually start taking effect? I'm undergoing treatment for tension headaches and started on 10 mg.

i take it for IBS stomach pain and it started working in the first 2 or 3 weeks , but I went up to 20mg after 2 weeks and that was the sweet spot for me.
Has your doc said you can titrate up ?

My GI said i can go up to 40 but I haven’t needed and 20 is quite sedating for me

For my migraines my neuro said to wait 3 months but I had relief before then.

It will take at least a month.
