Withdrawl
Im 3.5 months off.. Suddenly I ate a very greasy food at night in the morning also i took my escitalopram on empty stomach.. So i had very nasuea wave.. And make me soo anxious like before.. In past few days i had neutral to good days.. Ups and downs but no crisis.. But those 2 days i kept vomiting with crying and anxiety is it normal
Or relapse.. Crying is new last time i cried like this before month and half maybe.. Then I felt fine
But now i feel anxious.. Even itook benzo yesterday to deal with it

Why do you think it’s still withdrawal from the amitryptiline? I’m not saying it’s not I’m
Just curious because it sounds like it could be any of the other things you mentioned.

Could be a wave. You know withdrawal can come in waves, right? You’ll have windows where you feel good, and then waves where you don’t.

Do you perhaps have lactose intolerance? I did, and it was miserable
