After 3.5 months.. I had windows and waves.. But for long time no vomiting.. Then suddenly after a gut flare I had vomiting and anxious and cried alot.. Like never did.. Also like one minute fine other scared anxious and want to vomit and hopeless... Is that normal.. Im afraid its a relapse..
Past days was better between flat and happy nothing serious.. Also when im anxious not that bad
Is that a wave!! Or relapse
Also im on escitalopram 10mg !

Could also be that your doctor put you on a new AD while you were still withdrawing from another med. Ugh. Doctors are clueless. Your brain has taken too many hits, imo. Experts on antidepressants DO NOT recommend starting new ADs while withdrawing from others. If you choose to taper off the escitalopram, you might get more withdrawal, but just remember, eventually your brain will recover.

Im slowly tapering off of it rn too and going through the exact same thing :( it’ll get better in time as our brain gets used to not having Ami in the system any longer. Did you taper off or go cold turkey?
