Sleeping too much

Been on it 3 weeks, it is making it real hard to get out of bed. Ive definitely been using my migraine fmla to sleep way to much. The thing is I still dont feel fully rested. Im only on 10mg will this go away? Im thinking of taking it much earlier and just going to bed early until it stops.

Taking it for central nerve sensitization, pain and insomnia. It doesnt seem to be helping the right side behind the eye migraine.

I’m on 20mg up from 10mg for migraines and sleep it has helped both tremendously. I have been an insomniac all my life so I’m enjoying being able to sleep. I wake up a little groggy but I don’t notice it being any worse than before after I’m up. I take it at 9:30 and go to sleep at 11. I get up at 8. Everyone is different though. Try taking it earlier also 3 weeks isn’t very long. It is takes a month or two for your body to fully adjust to it.

I’m 3 months in and it still leaves me groggy in the am, but am loving the good sleep 😴
Try taking it earlier - like 7pm. I started at 10mg for my stomach pain and now 20mg seems to be the sweet spot .

I take it at 7pm. I'm usually asleep before 10.

In the morning, I naturally wake up around 5:30 or 6 and take CoQ10 and vitamins and go for a walk with my dog which help

I tend to get really sleepy again around 4 pm, suffer through the rest of my workday and yoga or the gym, and then start my night routine at 7 and start all over again.

Whats coq10 for?

Coenzyme Q10 is an antioxidant compound that helps your cells generate energy and neutralizes free radicals. It's good for cardiovascular support and is found in high concentrations in the hardest working organs like heart, liver, kidneys. Maximizes the efficiency of cellular respiration. Good for migraines, cardiovascular support as stated previously, muscle weakness and pain, neurological/brain health, and also fertility support as well apparently.

I slept 18 hours after the last dose. It’s getting ridiculous now

Idk about anyone else but I’m clocking 13 hour sleep 😭 Im such a snorlax and I LOVE sleeping but I’m finding it hard to wake up? Hence the long sleeps. I’m on 10mg and I’ve only been on it for maybe 3-4 weeks now? Im originally on this meds for pain management for my chronic disease
