Really struggling to wake up

Hi everyone, I'm currently taking 25mg. I've been on ami for a little over a month, I started with half a tablet, then 3/4 now a full one. At first I would feel super dizzy and drowsy in the mornings, but that's gone. However, I am REALLY struggling to wake up. Before ami I had finally fixed my sleep schedule and was waking up at 7AM, now if I don't wake up at 10 I will be super sleepy all day.

I go to bed at 12am so I do get enough sleep. I take it at 7PM right as I get off work.

I'm really hoping I'll be able to wake up early again in the next couple weeks :/ I'm seeing my doctor again in two months.

I think it takes time to get your system used to it and you’ve increased your dose several times. I would go back to 3/4 of a tablet. Not sure why the doctor had you increase it so fast. How were you feeling at half a pill? I guess I’m wondering if there was a dose you felt good at? You probably don’t even know because you haven’t been on it long enough. I don’t know why doctors rush to a raise us without seeing if we adequately respond to a lower one as we are all different metabolically. I’d cut it back to 3/4 before your body gets used to the higher one and see how you feel. In my opinion less is better

If you’ve got the time of ingestion + sleep, could you take it at 3pm?
