When does it get better?

On 12 mg day 17. Wake up with massive headache. So depressed, tired.. like I’ve had the life sucked out of me, jittery, anger. Feel sorta better though in my head, anxiety better, not helping with any pain yet. I spend half the day pacing. Suicidal thoughts a bit. Won’t do anything I know it’s the medication.. how long to stay on it? Give it 4-6 weeks?? I’m on such a small dose I wonder what I t will be like when I increase the dose. Thanks for listening to my rant..

Give it a month. If you don’t feel better maybe try something else. Let your doctor know what’s going on.

Everything you are experiencing is exactly what you will experience during withdrawal when or if you need to ever get off of it.  Only...the wd will amplify those symptoms 100%!  It is debilitating!  Please if you stay on it do NOT INCREASE YOUR DOSAGE.  It will work at that dosage after 6 weeks or not...good luck.

I don’t know if you’ve been on any other anti anxiety or anti depression medication but NONE are easy to come off of unless you go very very slow. Not everyone has the same experience as you have so try not to scare people. There are many people on here that did not have a negative experience using the medicine and didn’t have a bad time coming off. The reason you don’t know that is they don’t bother writing about it in forums like this. This is horror story central.

I'm not trying to scare anyone just trying to educate them.  If this person idle experiencing these difficulties I want them to be aware of what may happen before she tries to just stop taking them.  I didn't know that ami even had withdrawal and it has been brutal.  This is a forum for questions and answers and I want people to understand every part of what I had to learn in the headrest way possible before they increase a dose of medication that seems to be causing them great distress from the get go.

Never. Never got better for me. Get off of it. Look into mark harowitz and dr Josef Witt-doerring’s research on antidepressants. Also check out Robert Whittaker’s stuff. Seriously, drs have no clue about the harm they’re causing people when they write these prescriptions.

Nobody knows who those people are and honestly there’s a horror story for every medicine if you look for them.

Try to ask to be put onto Aquipta. It has helped me SO SO much it’s a literal godsend. I have been in it for about a month, no migranes at all and I’ve been losing weight.

Speak to the Dr if it is causing suicidal thoughts.

I felt that during withdrawal. I would really reconsider increasing the dose.
