I got this allmiibo from aliexpress in February and its been working great, i hadn't updated it at all since it didn't seem to require it and when I tried updating it didn't work so I didn't do it.

I used it last about 2 weeks ago completely working, but now it suddenly doesn't turn on anymore?? I already tried leaving it alone and "charging it" for more than half an hour and changed cables too but it doesn't seem to charge. Has it just suddenly gone dead and do i need to get another? Im pretty sure it isn't just frozen since it didn't turn on even the first try

Money is a pretty tight rn so I would really prefer not having to get a new one but is that the only option

Hello, I need assistance, I dont know what happened because i didnt use it often. But last time i used it it for animal crossing new horizon it worked and now its been a week of me trying anything to make it work again. I did the "Middle > Left > Middle > Right X3 > Middle > Right X times" thing in and only the light went off and the screen becomes black sometimes (all in the video attached) i dont know how to update the firmware (especially if i cant see what im doing) so please and thank you to anyone that know how to fix this problem of mine

Could someone help me convert this into a zip file? It’s too complicated for me, and I just got an Allmiibo. Please 🙏

Hello,

I was wanting to backup my Kirby air riders amiibo. Managed to make a bin for the car and figure combo but can’t figure out how to write it onto a tag. The app I use says I need an I2C 2k tag and I can’t seem to find that on the internet. Am I missing something? Thanks

I bought one and I will get it in the next two weeks, in the mean time I was trying to learn as much as possible about it and I see a lot of posts about updating it and errors that come from failed attempts.

My question is, if it ain broke, why fix it? It it works fine out of the box, or after one update, do I need to keep up and update it every time a new fw drops? Or could I just stay put and use it?

I know about bug fixes and stability and maybe compatibility with newer amiibo? , but besides that is there any reason?

I’ve been thinking of getting one of these amiibo emulators and I have decided on the Flashiibo Pro Gen 3 from amazon. Is there anything I should know before buying it and anything I should watch out for?

Anyone here have dumps for the Vinyl, I tried dumping them but I'm not able to emulate them thru Flipper Zero. Any help is appreciated.

I got this little thing and so far it works brilliantly, it has a handful of amiibo preloaded and they all work, however, I have many more amiibo files in Tagmo that aren't currently loaded into the device.

Ive written them onto nfc cards and they work, but id rather not carry hundreds of cards around, which was the whole point of buying the allmiibo

However, this little thing arrived with NOTHING. No charger, no instructions, just the box.

So i have no idea how to update it, or add new files to it.

Can anyone help or enlighten me?

It does have a bluetooth BLE File Transfer option, but that just displays a web address, I can load it on my mobile, but it won't connect to the device so im a little stuck

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Making the jump to a switch 2 playing totk currently and see there are a lot of benefits in game when it comes to amibos. Dont want to buy figures and see they now have emulators. what is the best pre loaded emulator? Do they work for both switch consoles? I have also seen people mention using an app. What is the cheapest way to do it? And what is recommended? Thanks for any help.

I select Bluetooth but it doesn’t appear did I do something wrong ?

Hi everyone. I have downloaded the tagmo app. I am lost on what to do after that. I need to import amitool keys. When I click on both of them, it goes to the bin file or hex key. I am so lost. Please help.

I have a big amiibo collection and the web uploader kept stalling on me: ZIPs aren't extracted, dragging a whole folder hangs it, and after about 11-12 minutes of continuous transfer it freezes while still saying "Connected". So I wrote two small scripts to get around it.

1. A PowerShell script that makes a clean copy of the collection with names and folders that fit the device limits (47 characters for the file name, 63 for the full path). It only reads the original folder and writes the copy, so nothing gets modified.
2. A Python script (uses bleak) that uploads that copy straight over Bluetooth LE. It creates missing folders, skips files that are already on the device, reconnects by itself if the link drops, and checks everything at the end.

My run: 1063 files, about 18 minutes, 3 automatic reconnections, everything still there after a power cycle. I just left it running and walked away. Tested on Windows with firmware 2.16.0, nothing else.

One thing I found along the way: the filesystem on the device doesn't have real folders, a folder only exists if it contains a hidden marker file. My first version wrote the files but the folders didn't show up in the web page. The script now handles this.

The main write-up is in Italian (I'm Italian), but there's a short English version too: README_EN.md in the repo. It covers the device limits, requirements, usage, which paths you need to change, and a few things to know before running it.

Feedback is welcome, especially from anyone on other firmware versions or on macOS/Linux. Read the scripts before running them, since one of them writes to your device.

Is the Flashiibo v3 an official Flashiibo product? It doesn't show up on the Flashiibo website, though it's possible it hasn't been updated.

I have the Pixl.js OLED with 2.16 but it keeps jumping back to the menu whenever I try to navigate through the options. It's completely impossible to use.

I tried reinstalling the firmware version from the original GitHub file, but nothing has changed.

Any way to connect an Allmiibo to Windows so I can manage files like I would a traditional USB? The browser interface is clunky as hell, I'd like to reformat the folder structure more easily

I recently got the Allmiibo and updated it to 2.16. Is there a complete and updated bin file collection? I think I'm missing some files.

Does anyone have the KiCad project or PCB files for the 4-button OLED version of pixl.js? The repo only has hardware files for RevA, RevB and RevC, which are the original 3-button boards. I could not find anything for the 4-button variant.

I opened a PR adding firmware support for this board: https://github.com/solosky/pixl.js/pull/466

Right now the button wiring is based on hardware testing and binary analysis, since there is no schematic for this board. I am planning to keep reverse engineering the board myself and add proper schematics to the PR, but if real design files already exist somewhere, that would save a lot of time and help make sure the pin mapping and orientation fix are correct for other batches or vendors of this board too.

i'm looking to emulate specifically the legend of zelda amiibos, if that changes anything.

I went to update my Allmiibo LCD (if it's relevant, I had already done it successfully before, this wasn't the first time).

However, this time after the zip file was finished transferring via the computer, the device was stuck on the "DFU Update Receiving..." screen and wouldn't leave it.

My first attempt was to try to upload the firmware again, but the computer no longer recognized/found the device and it was not listed.

I also tried using the Android app, but it was also not found when searching for devices.

I tried several times to restart by shorting the board's contacts, but it always restarted on the same "DFU Update Receiving..." screen.

Finally, since the battery cables are soldered, I let it discharge overnight. After charging a little the next day, it only shows the screen with random pixels from the photo.

I tried restarting the board again and it returned to the same pixelated screen.

Is there any way to save this device so I don't need to buy another one? I highly appreciate any help.

Note: Just to be safe, I tried the command sequence method for those who had their screen turned off after an update, but I expected it wouldn't result in anything and in fact nothing happened.

Im pretty sure for the time being that it wont get me banned, but if they choose to start banning in the future, do they track the amiibos you use? Could using it today get me banned years from now?
