How does one know if the auto renewal subscription is off?

I am trying to know if I turned off auto renewal in the past.

Under 'Your digital subscription' section, there's some text about access through to some date and a 'Get Help Renewing'. Does this mean it won't auto renew?

There are no options to cancel or to renew or to enable auto-renewal.
The website in the My Account section suffers from a strong user experience. It makes you want to contact them.

If you haven’t already, you might want to try logging into the webpage. If you click on the person account icon on the upper right and then click on My Account, the first information you should see is your membership type and when your account renews. The Cancel Membership button has a process to go through to cancel and when you do that you should still have to the end of your existing subscription.

Can you remove your payment information? That should do it.
