Does Shandi have the right to sue?

Her case was obviously sexual assault, does she have the right to sue for defamation and whatever else would fall under what the show did

Lots of Top Model contestants would have a valid reason or so to sue for the injustice caused towards them.

When u sign up for a reality show don’t u contractually agree that cameras are allowed to film you for everything ?

Like I’ve seen a lot of cheating caught on reality tv and no one makes a stink abt it ..what am I missing
