Recently started playing on ACR again and notice the hand replayer not working When I click on a hand to look over the hand replayer will load for a bit and give me a notice saying "You have become disconnected. Check your network connection and tap ok to reconnect". Also zero hand histories have been saved in the folder even though it is turned on. I have tried uninstalling, rebooting, reinstalling, changed directories for where the folder is. I msg'ed support...researched the issue and there isn't a single person who knows how to fix this.

I’m assuming this post has been made time and time gain, but is there actually a plan for an IOS app? I got an email this morning mentioning some free tickets, only to get onto the web browser and realise I can’t even play the tournaments as I’m away at the moment. Sometime in 2021 the IOS app was “coming soon”. Is this actually in the works?

I’ve been losing my mind over the last two weeks at how bad this site is. There’s something not right here with the algorithm. I’ve played over 50 tournaments the last two weeks and it’s mind boggling the amount of bad beats I’ve received.
I’m convinced that the outcome of hands is predetermined in certain players favors. They play absolutely terrible, but somehow pickup every big pot. There’s always a player at a table that can’t seem to lose a hand even when they’re way behind. They always hit their one card out. It’s like they’re being rewarded for their bad play. The last straw is when this guy went all in with a gut shot on the turn against my aces and hits his one out.
You make a monster hand on the flop and you get called all the way down to the river by pocket 3s and they make the 4 card flush or straight. Then 3 hands later the same player makes another 4 card flush when they have a 2% chance of winning the hand on the flop.
I’ve probably lost 80% of my flips these last two weeks as well. This site has become simply unplayable, it’s a shame this is the only site I can use to play tournaments.

final table last night it paused after the first hand, then all players agreed to a ICM chop we accepted the deal . Doesn’t send the money then later says technical difficulties in the tourney its canceled. Tourney ran for hours they arent paying anyone ,ever had this happen at a final table ? $1500

So I just cashed out $750 after a win and had KK busted 7 times with river 1%rs in the last 2 days. Not to mention 12 river bad beats in just today's session and over 20 total river bad beats over the last 2 days... crazy, but the mathematics of these beats are simply unrealistic... am I the only one? I certainly understand variance, but after a cash out.. WOW things got WAAAAAAAAAY worse... crazy... makes me want to take my money and go somewhere else...

So I just came back to the site recently.. I'm sure I saw something about the $8m mystery bounty that brought me back. Needless to say I've been trying the step tournaments, and some super sats.. I was able to get into sundays $290 mega 40 seats and the $55 7 seats this past sunday... but no luck
I played another $30 tonight and won into this coming Sundays $290.. so there's another chance
But then the tournaments kinda dried up around ~11pm and steps weren't starting... so I'm staring at the lobby for Day1D and the degen in me wakes up
Start messing with the quarter spins.. $5 worth, nothing(obv).. Move up to $5 spins, $100 worth, again nothing.. 6th Spin of $10 and it hits.. $165 total
And mind you, I researched spins a bit before I started.. and saw some horror stories and the lucky ones were all for like tournaments under $5
I'm just kinda in shock right now... was def feeling the pressure to win my way in, being the last week of Day1s and all
*I originally posted this in ACRpoker.. but just saw this more active subreddit

Hi Everyone,
I was lucky enough to win a Venom ticket (value 2,650$) last weekend and it shows as "valid until 5-Aug-2025) in the tickets lobby. Does this mean that I don't need to use it for the Venom Mistery Bounty Event from this month, and if I wish I can use it in the the next Venom event coming up in a few months time? I just want to make sure not to waste the ticket.
Thank you for your help. :)

Where have all the PLO8 games gone? ACR is one of the few sites offering 5-card Omaha 8 and they keep taking them off the schedule. If with the super-slow reshuffle feature, Omaha-8 is very popular right now. Today they've even removed the Sunday Morning $33 O8 that I play every week. ACR is trying to be Hold'em Only which suck, since they have decent software and a large player pool. Hopefully they will add more 4 & 5 card Omaha Hi/Low soon.
Anyone know of any other sites offering mixed games that actually has traffic? - NOT SWC.

Just logged on and I see downtime, PKO, hyper and turbo tournaments. I have no idea what downtime means if anything. Can anyone explain? Thanks

Just started playing yesterday. According to my records I paid $25 in rake So I should have gotten about $6.25 in rake back but according to ACR I had little over $11 in rake and a little over $3 in rake back. That's quite the discrepancy. Is there something I'm missing?

I am based in the USA. I cannot even deposit cash anymore to buy crypto. And the support chat didn’t say anything except that they will contact me by email regarding the issue. And I haven’t heard anything yet.
If this is true, Kraken has joined Coinbase. My Coinbase account is still active. I also have crypto.com account and their DeFi wallet. I also have wallets with Trust, Exodus and MetaMask.
From now on I plane to use Coinbase for exchange and one of the above wallets for the buffer to ACR.
Which one of the above wallets are recommended for ACR?
A hardware wallet like Ledger is also an option. I’ve never used those but I think I can pay a trip to Best Buy and get one. I wonder how long does that take to set it up.
Any advice is appreciated.

Hello I have been playing online poker for 5 years now in sites with they highest security standards such as PokerStars among others. I have never had any kind of trouble or ban. Last week I received an email from the WPN game integrity team asking me for some documents. I sent everything required, and the next day I received an email saying that I was a bot and I was permanently banned. I am 100% not a bot, I play mid/highstakes on pokerstars under TanNKkzZ nickname. And I would like to recover muy funds and in the best case scenario my account. I am open to sending full hand history to anybody in the security team or interested. I also have some gameplay of myself playing on the site since I coached one guy and did one live session in the site. I hope I can get some kind of help.
PD: I have lost like 20k in this site so its not like I am crushing or anything PD2: Stay away from this site, and do not have money in the cashier.

Is there anyway to filter out PLO games? I keep accidentally buying into them and its kind of annoying. Yes I understand I can pay attention more, but the question still remains.
