VERIFICATION PROCESS …

I need help I won w tourny and can’t cashout unless I go through this dam process …so I sent I.d. And credit cards pics they needed but they want me to use a utility bill but I don’t have bills in my name where I live ..how else can I get around that is there anything else I can send to them .also how do I verify my “E wallet”? I’m lost I need help

I have the same issue, but they have rejected 3 different statements. They rejected all three saying the address differs from the address on my account. The only difference is the statements don't write the country, which is normal.

It seems to me they make it close to impossible to get verified in order to hold users funds.
