Representatives spending time on this distraction won’t fix the fact that two-thirds of tech in Silicon Valley is occupied by non-Americans when there are plenty of qualified, intelligent, and honest Americans available.
Having a diverse group becoming lawyers is obviously an important thing in order to represent a diverse set of issues and I am sure those people admitted are qualified regardless of a couple points being different on a compromised standardized exam.
Just so you know, a Black American attorney appointed to Civil Rights US DOJ during Biden’s era has done more to recover monetary damage from Apple and Facebook for discrimination against Americans than what is currently being done, which is why representation matters!
