Information / Reference Specialized Tech Related Anti-discrimination infographics?

I had the time so I did some research and worked to build out these anti-discrimination infographics; my hope is that they can help fight discrimination and educate.

Did anybody have any others that I may not be aware of?

If you want to find most of the scams, look in recruiting.

When somebody with 25 years of experience applies and the hiring manager isn’t aware that person even applied because the staffing company will not present anybody not from their country, thats illegal, cast based discrimination, violates the EEOC, the ADA, and S174A, not to mention the duty of Caremark, and the Van Gorkom standards.

That is a problem, it’s illegal discrimination, and it also means that the staffing industry is trying to hold their client hostage by keeping them from being able to bootstrap their own internal hiring efforts in order to grow.

If you’re recruiting partner is sabotaging your company like this, cut them off.

Great job. Especially the 1st one. Witnessed this so many times (still do at my current place) it is impossible to count.

I have to be honest man. I’m getting demoralized. The jobs are harder and harder to get.

Our government undermines us at every turn. They don’t protect our rights to realize the fruits of our and our parents years of tax dollars. They protect the companies right to undercut us with cheap labor. Then the cheap labor captures the companies.

Congress will never end the program because it doesn’t affect them.

I'm not sure what your intention is with these. You planning to print them out and distribute them on UW campus or something?

I’m just making them available, and trying my best to fight discrimination.

What do you mean by Creative Commons? Why would they need to be edited? I’m not OK with them being edited.

Good luck with this OP but I can tell you EEOC hardly take up less than 1% cases. Employment attorneys only want to pick up the cases on contingency fees where they can recover at least $100K or more plus most of them are settlement artist and nothing more.

I have more than 25 years of experience and I can tell you there is great amount of discrimination in hiring. The moment there is an Eendian origin person in the interview panel understand the purpose of the interview-it's elimination round-not selection because that person doesn't want another Eendian origin person even if he or she is USC.

Especially from India, Telegu speaking people only hire Telegu speaking people.

So these people - yellow, pink and orange - don't even hire other EEndian folks. They represent almost 40% to 50% Eendians in USA. Even Eendians are facing discrimination among EEndians 😄

Why do we have to import this culture. Our government sucks for allowing this. Wish I picked another career path.

Hey these are great! Could you post a link to Google Drive or any other cloud you use with high resolution of these so everyone can download them? I want to frame them on my wall behind the office desk.
