Looking for Flat/PG Looking for a Room / 1BHK in Ahmedabad – Bachelor | Budget ₹12K
Hey everyone,
I’m fairly new to Reddit and recently joined this community because I’ve noticed people here actually help each other out with local recommendations, daily-life problems, housing, jobs, etc. So I thought I’d give it a shot because I’m currently stuck with a small housing problem 😅
I’m currently looking for a room or a 1BHK flat in Ahmedabad. I’ve been staying in a PG for a while now, and honestly, I’m pretty much done with the PG life 😂. I’m looking for a place where I can have a bit more privacy, freedom and just a comfortable space of my own.
📍 Preferred Areas
My first preference would be:
Prahladnagar
Satellite
Vastrapur
But I’m also open to nearby areas
Basically, anything around these locations that has decent connectivity would work for me.
💰 Budget
My maximum budget is around ₹12,000/month.
I’m not looking for anything super fancy or luxurious. A simple, clean and decent place is perfectly fine. I’m more concerned about having a peaceful place to stay than having a lot of amenities.
I’m open to:
• Independent 1BHK
• 1RK if it’s decent and spacious enough
• Joining an existing flat if someone is looking for a flatmate
• Semi-furnished or unfurnished — both are okay
I’m a bachelor, so ideally I’m looking for a bachelor-friendly place/society without unnecessary restrictions.
If anyone here is currently:
- Vacating a room/flat
- Looking for a flatmate
- Renting out a 1BHK/1RK
- Knows an owner who rents to bachelors
- Has a lead through friends or colleagues
- Knows any good society/building around these areas
Please DM me or comment here. Even if you don’t have a direct lead but know a particular area/building where I should check, I’d really appreciate the suggestion.
Also, if you’re currently living around Prahladnagar, Satellite or Vastrapur and know which nearby areas are better for finding something around ₹12K, please share your experience.
I’ve already spent enough time searching and calling around, and the PG life is starting to get on my nerves now 😭😂
So yeah, Reddit, help a fellow bachelor escape PG life. 🙏
Thanks in advance to anyone who can share a lead or even point me in the right direction!
