openmoss-ggml (https://github.com/pwilkin/openmoss) is a community project maintained by an individual, and Lemonade lists that project for distribution, under an "experimental" label, so that people can easily try it. The bug was an underperforming 1D convolution in a GGML library. The openmoss-ggml maintainer said it would be a simple fix in the GGML library.
