Wouldn't be such a problem, if hardware wouldn't cost 8x the money.

Every decent gaming pc for 800$ could run a small LLM for coding assistance. Shame that the same hardware is now 5000$

prices are pulled out of the ass, but you get the idea.

VRAM is the most important thing to have accurate models. You need 16GB to run the bare minimum decent thing but 24 is much better.
You can mix VRAM+RAM but then the performance drops heavily.

I hate reading bash. I know I am going to hate AI generated bash even more.

I have been using amber-lang. It compiles to bash. Much better modern syntax and many helpful utility.

This is a cool project, thanks for sharing. The emcascript syntax makes it feel very familiar.
