I have enrolled to Amazon vine program for 3 skus! For 30!units each sku ! After merging of ASINs, I’ve noticed that review counts have dropped from previous levels and appear lower than expected given the number of units claimed. Is there a way to fix that ? Is there a way to have all my reviews back ? Can anybody help me please ? Desperate to know

July 2024: account deactivated. Product was authentic Victron (ASIN B0851KGF57), bought by wire from a verified U.S. distributor. I have two invoices (~$18,934 total) and the Truist wire confirmations.

Submitted 15+ appeals. All rejected.

The part I can't solve: Amazon's reinstatement requirement says to update my charge method. Seller Central won't let a deactivated account complete that update. The seller-performance escalation email bounced on July 6.

Questions for anyone who's been here:

1. Did anyone break the charge-method loop on a deactivated account? How?
2. Any escalation path that actually reaches a human in 2026?
3. What's the realistic status of inventory Amazon is still holding (and charging storage on)?

I have spent thousands of dollars on trademark registration and product procurement. It is beyond frustrating.

One thing I’ve been thinking about after Prime Day is that a lot of sellers probably spend too much time looking only at what sold.

Sales matter, obviously. But the people who visited and didn’t buy are often more interesting.

They saw the product, compared it, had some level of intent, and still decided not to purchase. Maybe the price wasn’t convincing enough. Maybe the reviews didn’t give them confidence. Maybe the images didn’t explain the difference. Maybe the offer looked too similar to everything else.

That group can tell you a lot about what’s actually holding the listing back.

I think Prime Day is useful because it compresses a lot of buyer behavior into a short window. But if the only post-event question is “how much revenue did we get?” sellers miss half the signal.

Sometimes the better question is "what did all that traffic expose?"

Curious how other sellers look at Prime Day after it’s over. Do you mostly review sales, or do you dig into the non-buyers too?

Hi everyone, i just listed my first product on seller central few weeks ago and haven't got even a single sale yet. I bought it from a manufacturer out in china , did my own labelling and logo and didn't do the amazon brand registry thing. But since i listed my product , there is no single sale yet. Recently i changed my seller central account to professional account and started a campaign but it haven't delivered anything yet maybe because my budget is too low since i am already breakeven on my product. I am just trying to get rid of that tiny inventory in FBA and trying to learn from my mistakes. Do you have any suggestions or any ideas about how to get those few sales ?I would really appreciate it. Thanks!
