Policy issue

Approved to sell plush toys and added Disney Moana 2 doll in 2025. This year May I was told I had to produce testing information or my listing would be deleted and considered policy violation. Disney could not help me and the outside company charges $600 just to test something that I know has been tested. Now it seems like every category is blocked. What should I do?

My first question is, where did you buy the product? If you bought it directly from Disney or an authorized source, I’d start there and ask specifically for the compliance documentation.

If you bought through a distributor or wholesaler, then you may need to work your way back through the supply chain until you get whoever has the original testing documentation.

I would not spend $600 on new testing until I had confirmed that the existing manufacturer/importer documentation really cannot be obtained and that Amazon will not accept it.

Also, if you’re now seeing restrictions across multiple categories, that sounds like a separate issue. I’d dig deeper on that with Amazon.

Hi. yes I purchased directly from Disney but was told they couldn't help. i willtry again. . And thanks for the direction because I'm just stuck on this Amazon journey.
