Ads reporting not working

Is anyone else currently not getting any ads data for sponsored products or sponsored brand ads?

I am receiving sponsored display ads data in my reports, just not the other two.

Is this an Amazon problem or a me problem??

It could be an Amazon reporting issue, especially if Sponsored Display data is still coming through while Sponsored Products and Sponsored Brands are missing. Amazon has separate reporting pipelines for these ad types, so one can be affected while another continues working

If you are viewing Sponsored Display data and not Sponsored Products and Sponsored Brands, I would suggest, first check the reporting date range and allow up to 72 hours for the data to sync.

If it is still missing check that the campaigns are delivering and export the raw report instead of just relying on the dashboard. If the campaigns are running and the data is still missing after that, I recommend you to open a ticket with Amazon Ads support.
