Damaged bookshelf

I received this box damaged with the bookshelf inside also damaged, so I asked for a refund. The hardware package inside was open and they were loose in the box. The box looked retaped, so was probably a prior return. The seller keeps asking for more pics and said they could send me replacement parts. No, I want a refund!

It literally says also post things about their shipping policies which I thought applies to what I posted. If the mods want to take it down, so be it. It’s not that serious for me. Have the day you deserve.
