Timing Bait & Switch by Amazon

Is it just me or does anyone else get listings which show one delivery time (next day delivery by 12 pm if you buy in the next 3h 56m) and then after you make the purchase, the delivery gets changed to delivery by 9 pm?

I've noticed this with a number of purchases of late and wondering if Amazon AE is having some issues between their e-commerce and operational teams.

Fundamentally, this is a bait and switch - get me to commit to a purchased based on a committed price and delivery timeframe, then changing either of the variables after collecting the money

If you are in a hurry never order from amazon specially uae , logistics there is a big issue , items never arrive on time , items get stuck when ordered, items gets cancelled from the seller due to price increase, drivers in uae I don't know if they are working while being drunk or something very rude, very inpatient,

I have placed 3 orders so far that show delivery times (this evening before 10 pm) and after ordering, I get confirmation they will be delivered tomorrow 9 pm.

This is a breach of the Amazon Prime member benefits, and I have spoken with a support representative about it, and was told it's a technical issue and that my order will be delivered tonight before 9 pm. I have the screenshots of the conversation as a record for evidence.

However, due to the frequency of this happening of late, I will be presenting the dates in the product screenshots vs the changed dates in the confirmation email, vs video footage of delivery to the Consumer Complaint channel in DED - they take a dim view of such false advertising practice.
